You can now save both existing and newly created QR codes directly to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for quick access during in-person interactions. Each wallet pass includes helpful details about the QR code’s type, destination, and associated location, making it easier to identify the right code without searching through your photo gallery. Passes are designed for each wallet, so their appearance differs between the two. For example, a Profile Image is supported on Apple Wallet but not on Google Wallet. Agency branding currently appears in the pass header by default and can’t be turned off yet, though an option to make it optional is planned for a future update.
November 3, 2026
You can now add a unique Message ID to webhook payloads for email opens and clicks, making it easier to connect engagement activity to the exact email that generated it. In a workflow that starts with the Email Events trigger, open the Send Webhook action and select Message ID from the custom value picker when you build the payload. The ID stays the same for repeat opens or clicks on the same message, while different emails receive different IDs. Email Opened still fires on every open, but the ID gives your external system a reliable way to dedupe repeat activity. This helps you build more accurate external reports and identify engagement with specific campaigns.
November 3, 2026
You can now issue badges automatically and trigger follow-up actions directly through Workflows. Use the Issue Badge action to recognize achievements when specific conditions are met, or start a workflow whenever a badge is issued to send emails, update contact details, or launch another automation. This makes it easier to recognize milestones, reduce manual work, and create more engaging experiences around learner achievements.
November 3, 2026
You can now turn numeric and monetary custom fields from Contacts and Opportunities into measurable metrics across dashboard widgets, Custom Reports, and the Custom Metric module. Choose Sum, Minimum, Maximum, or Average to analyze values like deal sizes, property values, or costs without manually calculating them in spreadsheets. Newly created custom fields are available in the metric picker automatically, making it easier to build reports around the numbers that matter most to your business.

You can now access your location’s Brand Board colors and fonts directly in the Chat Widget Styles panel, making it easier to keep every widget consistent with your brand. A configured Brand Board is required for Brand Colors to appear. If your location doesn’t have one yet, the builder offers to set one up. Brand Colors are read-only in Chat Widget and are managed through Brand Boards. Existing custom colors are automatically added to a shared Default palette, while new colors can be reused across all Chat Widgets in the same location. You can also select approved Brand Board fonts without searching through the standard font library. Existing widgets and website embed snippets continue working as before, with no migration or reconfiguration needed.
November 3, 2026
You can now manage legal notices and visitor consent separately in your Chat Widget, making it easier to handle disclosures and explicit SMS or email marketing opt-ins. Choose whether to display a legal notice, add a custom consent checkbox, make consent required or optional, and set its default checked state. When consent is collected, Activity details records whether it was given, whether it was required, and the exact wording shown to the visitor. Existing legal text carries over automatically, and your website embed code requires no changes.
November 3, 2026
You can now create certificate designs in minutes with Certificate AI Beta by simply describing what you need. AI guides you through key details, such as orientation, and generates a complete design using elements like text, frames, signatures, and QR codes. You can then edit and customize everything directly in the Certificate Builder, with quick prompts available for course completions, milestones, events, training, and more. Find it under Memberships → Credentials to get started.
November 3, 2026
You can now schedule when Forms, Surveys, and Quizzes start and stop accepting submissions, making it easier to manage event registrations, limited-time offers, webinars, and contests without manually disabling them. Set opening and closing dates, choose a time zone, and customize what visitors see before the form opens or after it expires, including displaying a custom page or redirecting them to another URL. Existing forms, surveys, and quizzes continue working as usual unless scheduling is enabled, giving you more control over time-sensitive campaigns with less manual work.
November 3, 2026
You can now trigger workflows when members log in through the new Client Portal experience, just as you could with legacy membership logins. Existing workflows using the User Login trigger will automatically recognize these new login events without any changes to your setup. A dedicated Client Portal category also brings login and file upload triggers together in one place, making them easier to find and helping you build more consistent automations around member activity.
November 3, 2026
Managing users and account settings is now easier with a redesigned interface across Agency and Sub-account. Profile settings are organized into clear tabs, user creation and editing have been refreshed, and Roles & Permissions are easier to navigate with searchable modules and expandable sections. The updated layout also brings notification settings into a cleaner view and standardizes “Team” and “My Staff” under the name “Users.” Your existing user data, permissions, and functionality remain unchanged. Enable the update through Labs by turning on User Management - UI Refresh.
November 3, 2026
You can now set working hours for each Conversation AI agent, choosing specific days, time slots, channels, and time zones to match your business schedule. For messages received outside those hours, you can configure automatic acknowledgements, team notifications, contact tags, and follow-ups when business hours resume. Ongoing conversations can continue beyond closing time until they become inactive, while channels not included in the schedule can keep responding 24/7. Working Hours is optional, giving you more control over when your AI responds without changing how agents currently operate unless you enable it.
November 3, 2026
Managing abandoned checkouts is easier with new search, filtering, and CSV export tools. You can find records by customer name or email, filter by email status, recovery status, or date range, and export selected checkout details for follow-up. You can also copy and share a checkout link directly with a customer to help them complete their purchase, while a shortcut to notification settings makes it easier to manage abandoned cart reminders.
November 3, 2026
You can now send Documents and Contracts through workflows with up to six signer roles per template, such as buyers, sellers, witnesses, or co-signers. Assign fillable elements to each role, and JourneyCARE automatically fills in the available details when the document is sent through a workflow. At least one fillable element must be assigned to “Contact” for the workflow send action to work, and roles only populate automatically when sending through a workflow, not from a manual send. You can also override names, emails, and phone numbers for individual sends, making it easier to manage multi-party agreements while reducing repetitive data entry and manual errors.
November 3, 2026
You can now track and restore every version of your workflow created or edited by the AI Builder. Each iteration appears as a card in the chat, making it easy to identify the current version, revisit earlier changes, and restore a previous setup with one click without losing newer versions. AI and manual edits also appear in one unified Version History, giving you more confidence to experiment with workflow changes while keeping your work recoverable.
November 3, 2026
You can now sync your existing Google Business Profile posts into Social Planner, bringing historical and newly published content together with your other social channels. Supported posts retain their text, images, calls to action, event details, and offer information, while daily syncing helps keep your content history up to date. Available through Labs, this feature makes it easier to review past content, manage your publishing activity, and maintain a more complete view of your social presence in one place.
November 3, 2026
You can now embed any supported Chat Widget type directly within your website pages, funnels, and landing pages instead of relying on a floating chat bubble. Choose from All-in-One Chat, Email/SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Live Chat, or Voice AI to create an always-visible conversation experience that fits naturally into your page layout. For All-in-One Chat, visitors can also switch between available communication channels without leaving the embedded widget, making it easier to offer support and connect with your audience where they need it.
November 3, 2026
You can now use custom values and location or user details in dashboard widgets, conditions, titles, text boxes, and embedded URLs. These values automatically resolve for each sub-account when the dashboard is viewed, allowing you to create one reusable dashboard that adapts to each location without duplicating setups. This makes it easier to personalize dashboards, display location-specific information, and simplify reporting across multiple sub-accounts.
November 3, 2026
You can now sync your existing Threads posts into Social Planner, bringing your text, images, videos, carousels, GIFs, and polls into one central view alongside your other social content. Threads Post Sync is currently in Beta and available through Labs, and it must be enabled for each location before syncing starts. Available engagement data, including views, likes, replies, reposts, and shares, is also synced to help you review performance and access your content history. With daily syncing, you can clone text, image, video, carousel, and GIF posts to reuse them, while polls can be viewed but not cloned.
November 3, 2026
You can now use Available Quantity as a filter and custom value in Abandoned Cart and Order Fulfilled workflows, giving you more control over automations based on product inventory. Add Global Products to the workflow filters, select a single Price, then set a quantity condition using a single numeric value. You can then use the available quantity or price as a custom value in supported workflow actions to tailor follow-ups and fulfillment processes. In this first iteration, Price and Available Quantity are not supported in If/Else blocks. This helps you build more inventory-aware automations while reducing the need for manual checks.
November 3, 2026
Documents uploaded through the Notes section are now private by default and stored in a dedicated Notes attachments folder under Documents. When sharing files, you can choose the access method that fits your needs, including public, private, OTP-protected, or password-protected links. This adds an extra layer of control when handling sensitive information, while existing attachments keep their current privacy settings unless you choose to share them differently.
October 20, 2026
Members now have more control over their community email notifications, with unsubscribe preferences limited to the specific community and notification type they choose to turn off. Other community and platform emails continue as normal, helping members avoid unwanted messages without accidentally opting out of relevant updates. They can also re-enable individual notifications at any time from their notification settings.
October 20, 2026
You can now generate images directly within workflows using the AI Image Generation action, with support for multiple AI models, custom prompts, templates, quality settings, and brand controls. This is a premium action, so each execution carries an additional charge that varies with the model, quality, size, and any Design Kit or Brand Voice you apply. Generated images are automatically saved to Media Storage, with an Image URL available for the actions that follow, making it possible to use them in emails, SMS, social posts, custom fields, or webhooks. Because images are stored at a public URL that anyone with the link can open without logging in, take care when prompts include customer data. This opens up more flexible ways to create personalized visuals as part of your automated workflows.
October 20, 2026
You can now analyze images directly within a workflow using the AI Analyze Image action. This is a premium action, so each execution carries an additional charge. Give it a public image URL and a custom prompt to extract text, describe an image, or look for specific details, then use the results in later workflow steps. You can also choose the AI model and detail level based on the type of analysis you need, making it easier to turn image content into useful automated actions.
October 20, 2026
Dynamic value chips now use three colors to make it easier to understand whether a value will work in your workflow. Blue means the value is available, yellow means the value exists on the platform but isn’t supplied by the current workflow and may render blank, and red means the value doesn’t exist and needs to be corrected. You can also use dynamic values with or without spaces inside the handlebars, while existing workflows continue to resolve values the same way at execution time.
October 20, 2026
Publishing workflows is now more reliable with a centralized validation system that brings all configuration errors into one place. You can save your progress even when issues remain, then review each error from the sidebar, jump directly to the affected step, or get AI assistance to resolve it. Workflows with unresolved errors can’t be published, helping you catch configuration issues before they go live.
October 20, 2026
You can now manually retry failed subscription payments directly from the Subscription Details page when automatic retries have been exhausted. This is currently supported for NMI, Authorize.Net, Square, and Mercado Pago. Choose a saved or newly added card, optionally make it the subscription’s default payment method, and retry the oldest unpaid payment while clear warnings help you track retry limits and cooldowns. This gives you more control over recovering unpaid subscription revenue and reducing involuntary churn.
October 20, 2026
You can now create and refine workflows directly through Ask AI without opening the Workflow Builder first. Describe the automation you need, review the generated workflow, inspect individual steps, and ask AI to make changes before opening it in the builder for final testing and publishing. The same experience is also available through WhatsApp, giving you another convenient way to start building automations.
October 20, 2026
Managing a large tag library is easier with bulk color updates and on-the-go category creation. You can select up to 100 tags and apply a new color to all of them at once, helping you maintain a consistent visual system across your tags. You can also create a new category directly from the category selector, so you can organize tags without leaving your current workflow.
October 20, 2026
You can now quickly check why mobile notifications aren’t reaching your phone with a built-in notification diagnosis tool. A single check reviews your network, notification permissions, sound settings, and test delivery, then clearly shows what needs attention and what to fix. You can run the diagnosis again after making changes or copy the results to share with support, making troubleshooting faster and less of a guessing game.
October 20, 2026
Members can now find the right courses more easily from the Learning page by filtering content by Topic, Difficulty, and Language. They can combine multiple filters and sort courses by title, newest, or oldest, giving them more control over how they browse growing course libraries. The same filtering options are also available on mobile for a consistent learning experience.
