You can now attach files directly from the Media Library or upload files from your local device when configuring a Send Email action. This update helps streamline your workflow by allowing you to reuse existing assets, eliminating the need to repeatedly upload the same files, while also providing the flexibility to choose between stored files and new uploads.

We've improved the course experience in JourneyCARE with video auto-play, a new "Up Next" lesson preview, and smarter lesson completion tracking for both video and text lessons. Course creators can now enable auto-start, auto-play, and auto-complete settings at the course level and apply them across multiple courses. These enhancements create a smoother learning journey, reduce manual actions, and provide more reliable progress tracking for learners.

You can now trigger automations using Opportunity date fields in contact-based workflows, Custom Object date fields in custom object–based workflows, and Company date fields in company-based workflows. This update makes it easier to automate date-driven follow-ups, reminders, and processes without relying on workarounds, giving you more flexibility to build powerful workflows around the records that matter most.

We've expanded Social Planner's Comment Management to include Community comments, allowing you to view and reply to community conversations directly from one centralized inbox. You can now manage engagement across Communities, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok without switching between platforms. With support for profile mentions and real-time syncing with native platforms, it's easier than ever to stay connected, respond faster, and maintain consistent communication across all your channels.

JourneyCARE users can now add a mandatory Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy consent checkbox to Store Checkouts. This new feature allows you to require customers to explicitly agree to your policies before completing a purchase, helping support compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The consent checkbox can be easily enabled and customized within the Checkout element settings, including custom text and policy links. When activated, customers must provide consent before proceeding to payment, creating a more transparent and compliant checkout experience across both desktop and mobile devices.

JourneyCARE Meeting Rooms are now more resilient and easier to manage. Meetings will no longer end if a host accidentally disconnects due to a refresh, network issue, or permission interruption, allowing hosts to seamlessly rejoin while attendees remain connected. We've also introduced clearer host controls, including dedicated options to leave or end a meeting, along with automatic host reassignment and restoration when the original host returns. These enhancements help ensure uninterrupted sessions, smoother collaboration, and a more reliable meeting experience for everyone.
