Standard Set-Up
One-time set-up for a "typical" association migration is $7500, split into 3 monthly installments, coordinating with our project timeline.
We have the ability to flex down for smaller projects with reduced scope or up if an organization has unique customizations and special requests. We also offer multi-chapter packages and loyalty rewards for repeat business.
Standard set-up occurs over a 3-month period which includes:
- pre-planning sessions
- custom website design
- creation of your member portal
- customizing all of your email templates
- migrating your public-facing and member-only content
- setting up all of your automations
- prepping your payment processing
- training your administrative designees
- assisting you with launch messaging
The set-up scope will be identified during the contracting process and any impact on pricing will be clearly identified.
Subscriptions / CARE Plans
Essential CARE: $197/month or $1997/annual

- Hosting and security
- Daily office hours via Zoom (M-F)
- Fast, friendly email support
- On-call coverage for urgent issues that occur overnight, weekends, and holidays
Premium CARE: $397/month or $3997/annual
Includes everything above, plus:
- Extra done-for-you work session each month
- Advanced AI features
- Accessibility monitoring
- Automated policies for privacy, terms and conditions, cookie consent, EULA and disclaimers
- Multi-language website translation widget
- Done-for-you member login assistance
- Monthly performance reports
Elite CARE: $697/month or $6997/annual
Includes everything above, plus:
- Quarterly strategy session
- Annual website refresh
