The old preview page gone in its place is a sleek professional grade credential page that's designed not just to look good, but to work hard for your members. Each certificate now features a page layout that displays the recipient's name issuing organization issue, and expiry dates all in one beautiful view.

With just a click. Recipients can download their credential or share it directly to LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, or WhatsApp. No screenshots, no workarounds, just instant visibility. And speaking of LinkedIn, we've added one click access to LinkedIn's credential form already pre-filled for fast and easy listing.

Perfect for highlighting achievements in seconds. And then one final edition that we think you'll like. There's now a real time verification tool built right in anyone can click to confirm a credentials, authenticity, giving your organization added credibility and helping your members shine even brighter.

Customers completing a $0 order through Forms or Surveys can now skip card entry altogether. With the new Require card for $0 orders setting on the Sell Products element, payment fields are automatically hidden when the total is confirmed as $0 and there are no recurring charges. This also applies to orders made free through a 100% discount, while subscriptions and free trials will continue to require a card. Existing Forms and Surveys remain unchanged unless the setting is turned off.

WhatsApp conversations can now move seamlessly from messaging to voice, with WhatsApp Calling generally available on both web and mobile. Teams can make and receive calls directly within the conversation, manage calling hours and permissions, route calls to the right team members, and record outcomes through customizable call dispositions. Call results can also trigger automated follow-ups and appear in call reporting, giving teams a clearer view of what happens after each conversation. With calling built into the existing WhatsApp experience, businesses can resolve complex questions faster, respond to high-intent leads more effectively, and keep the full customer interaction in one place.
