New Workflow Trigger: Address Fields Changed
July 31, 2025

TRANSCRIPT:

Hey there, JC here with an update for your workflows. If you've ever wished your automations could react when someone updates their address, now they can. We've added a new trigger that can now kick off workflows. The moment a contacts address changes, whether it's a new street address, updated city, postal code, or even country, your automations can spring into action without skipping a beat.

Let's say a contact moves into a different region of the country. You can instantly alert your team, or if a member updates their city, you can automatically tag them to get updates for local events. Even small fixes like correcting a street address can trigger follow-up actions to keep your data clean and your team informed.

Smart, seamless automations can happen where and when you need them, so go ahead and put those address changes to work. As always, if you need any assistance with your workflows, our help desk team is just an email away. Feel free to reach out.

Customers completing a $0 order through Forms or Surveys can now skip card entry altogether. With the new Require card for $0 orders setting on the Sell Products element, payment fields are automatically hidden when the total is confirmed as $0 and there are no recurring charges. This also applies to orders made free through a 100% discount, while subscriptions and free trials will continue to require a card. Existing Forms and Surveys remain unchanged unless the setting is turned off.

WhatsApp conversations can now move seamlessly from messaging to voice, with WhatsApp Calling generally available on both web and mobile. Teams can make and receive calls directly within the conversation, manage calling hours and permissions, route calls to the right team members, and record outcomes through customizable call dispositions. Call results can also trigger automated follow-ups and appear in call reporting, giving teams a clearer view of what happens after each conversation. With calling built into the existing WhatsApp experience, businesses can resolve complex questions faster, respond to high-intent leads more effectively, and keep the full customer interaction in one place.
