Stay on top of your daily work with the all-new Task Manager in the JourneyCARE mobile app. Designed to help you manage tasks more efficiently, the updated experience includes recurring tasks, visual board and list views, support for multiple contacts, and the ability to link tasks directly to opportunities. You can also track your daily progress at a glance and quickly see key task details without opening each one. Whether you're following up with clients, managing projects, or organizing your team's workload, this refreshed task manager helps you stay focused, save time, and keep everything moving from wherever you work.
You can now organize manual tax rates by geographic regions using Tax Zones, making it easier to manage different tax rules across the countries and states where you sell. Assign existing tax rates to specific zones and control which rates apply based on both the customer’s region and the products they purchase. Automatic Taxes continue to take priority when available, while your manual Tax Zones can serve as a fallback when automatic tax calculation is unavailable or turned off.
You can now keep community conversations cleaner with keyword and phrase-based moderation that automatically holds flagged posts and comments for admin review before they appear in the feed. Admins can quickly approve or remove content, review member reports separately, and receive notifications when something needs attention, while members can still see their own pending posts marked as “In review.” Community search has also been improved to better understand typos, synonyms, phrasing, and accented text, with results ranked by relevance.
