Take the guesswork out of email follow-ups with the new Email Sequences feature, now available in Beta Labs. You can create automated, threaded email conversations that feel more natural by sending follow-up emails based on timing and recipient engagement, while automatically stopping the sequence when someone replies. Whether you're nurturing leads, sending reminders, or staying connected with your audience, Email Sequences makes it easy to build effective campaigns without creating complex workflows. With built-in analytics, you'll also be able to track performance and see how each step in your sequence is performing, helping you continually improve your email outreach.
You can now organize manual tax rates by geographic regions using Tax Zones, making it easier to manage different tax rules across the countries and states where you sell. Assign existing tax rates to specific zones and control which rates apply based on both the customer’s region and the products they purchase. Automatic Taxes continue to take priority when available, while your manual Tax Zones can serve as a fallback when automatic tax calculation is unavailable or turned off.
You can now keep community conversations cleaner with keyword and phrase-based moderation that automatically holds flagged posts and comments for admin review before they appear in the feed. Admins can quickly approve or remove content, review member reports separately, and receive notifications when something needs attention, while members can still see their own pending posts marked as “In review.” Community search has also been improved to better understand typos, synonyms, phrasing, and accented text, with results ranked by relevance.
