We've added another great way to boost engagement on LinkedIn! You can now create and publish LinkedIn Polls directly from the Social Planner, making it easy to ask questions, gather insights, and encourage conversations. This is all without leaving JourneyCARE. Polls work just like your other scheduled content, so you can publish them right away, schedule them in advance, save them as drafts, or add them to your content queue. If you're looking for a simple way to connect with your audience and make your LinkedIn strategy more interactive, this new feature has you covered.

JourneyCARE now supports TikTok Direct Messages in the Wait Until the Contact Replies workflow action, allowing your automations to pause until someone responds through TikTok before continuing. This makes it easier to build natural follow-up sequences, personalize customer interactions, and automate conversations without sending messages too quickly.
