We have another workflow enhancement to help you automate with less effort! JourneyCARE introduces the Math Operation action. It is now available in company-based and custom object-based workflows, making it easier to perform calculations directly within your automations. Whether you're calculating project costs, totaling values, or working with other numeric fields, your workflows can now handle the math automatically and use the results in the next steps. Just add the Math Operation action, choose the values you'd like to calculate, and let the workflow do the rest. If your team relies on company records or custom objects, this update gives you even more flexibility to build smarter, more efficient automations.
We’ve expanded the Media Library to make reviewing your files faster and easier. You can now preview a wider variety of file types including PDFs, Word documents, Excel and CSV files, audio files, text files, and supported 3D models directly in JourneyCARE without downloading them first. Just click Preview, and the correct viewer will open automatically, allowing you to quickly inspect your files and get back to work. It's a small quality-of-life improvement that streamlines your workflow and helps you find exactly what you need with fewer clicks.
Want to make your social posts more accessible without adding extra steps to your workflow? You can now add Alternative Text to images directly in JourneyCARE within the Social Planner! Simply upload your images, add a unique description to each one, and schedule or publish your post as you normally would. Whether you're sharing a single image or a carousel, each image can have its own custom alternative text, making your content more inclusive for visually impaired audiences while following accessibility best practices. Even better, Social Planner automatically sends alternative text to supported social platforms, so there's no need to make edits after publishing. It's an easy way to create more thoughtful, accessible content and all from one place.
