We’ve made a small but important change to help you get paid more reliably. Auto-payment is now turned on by default for recurring invoices and payment schedules.
For you, this means fewer missed payments, less manual follow-up, and a smoother experience for both you and your members. You still have full control to switch off the auto-payment, but the default now works in your favor.

We’re excited to introduce a new enhancement that gives you more control over how your video posts appear when shared through Social Planner. JourneyCARE now lets you choose a custom cover image for your videos when uploading posts in bulk, helping your content look more professional and eye-catching. This update makes it easier to keep your branding consistent, attract more viewer attention, and save time by setting everything up in one upload. Simply use the latest upload template and add the image you’d like displayed as your video preview.

Stay connected to your essential metrics when you're on the go! You can now access the same dashboards and key metrics available on the web directly from your admin mobile app, giving you real-time visibility into important information such as sales, conversions, campaigns, and team activity. The new mobile experience allows you to quickly view trends, filter data, explore charts, and even receive easy-to-understand AI insights to help you make informed decisions on the go. Additionally, campaign tracking now has its own dedicated section in the app, making it even easier to monitor your marketing efforts in one place.
