The Advanced Builder just got a round of small updates that make it feel smoother and more intuitive to use day to day. You’ll notice a cleaner starting screen when creating workflows, along with improved visual feedback as you click around the canvas.
Stats mode is now much easier to work with. You can turn it on while editing, not just in read-only view, and your preference will stay saved when you come back later. The layout also adjusts automatically when stats are visible, so everything stays organized and easy to read without overlapping elements.
Create more engaging TikTok conversations with automations that respond at the right time. JourneyCARE now supports TikTok Direct Messages in the Wait Until the Contact Replies workflow action, allowing your automations to pause until someone responds through TikTok before continuing. This makes it easier to build natural follow-up sequences, personalize customer interactions, and automate conversations without sending messages too quickly. Whether you're nurturing leads or responding to customer inquiries, this enhancement helps your TikTok messaging feel more timely and conversational.
Move around the platform more easily while building your automations. JourneyCARE now lets you open the main navigation sidebar directly from the Workflow Builder, giving you quick access to other tools and pages without interrupting your work. Whether you're switching between workflows, contacts, or other areas of the platform, you can navigate with fewer clicks and return to your automation whenever you're ready. It's a small but helpful improvement that creates a smoother, more connected workflow-building experience.
