Meetings will no longer end if a host accidentally disconnects due to a refresh, network issue, or permission interruption, allowing hosts to seamlessly rejoin while attendees remain connected. We've also introduced clearer host controls, including dedicated options to leave or end a meeting, along with automatic host reassignment and restoration when the original host returns. These enhancements help ensure uninterrupted sessions, smoother collaboration, and a more reliable meeting experience for everyone.
Create more engaging TikTok conversations with automations that respond at the right time. JourneyCARE now supports TikTok Direct Messages in the Wait Until the Contact Replies workflow action, allowing your automations to pause until someone responds through TikTok before continuing. This makes it easier to build natural follow-up sequences, personalize customer interactions, and automate conversations without sending messages too quickly. Whether you're nurturing leads or responding to customer inquiries, this enhancement helps your TikTok messaging feel more timely and conversational.
Move around the platform more easily while building your automations. JourneyCARE now lets you open the main navigation sidebar directly from the Workflow Builder, giving you quick access to other tools and pages without interrupting your work. Whether you're switching between workflows, contacts, or other areas of the platform, you can navigate with fewer clicks and return to your automation whenever you're ready. It's a small but helpful improvement that creates a smoother, more connected workflow-building experience.
