This update ensures that all critical contact details and related activities are consolidated into a single, easy-to-navigate screen in the Admin Mobile App.
What's New?
- Quick Actions - Common functions easily accessible
- Tabbed Navigation Approach - Unified access to all contact-related information under tabs:
- Folded Information Structure - Each section within the tabs is collapsed by default for a clutter-free view.
- Custom Values Integration - Custom values are now onboarded at the contact level, allowing for personalized data management.
- Tag Management: Tags are enabled to help categorize contacts effectively and Multi-select contacts to add tags in bulk.
- Enhanced Activity Tracking - All events related to a contact, such as appointments, document uploads, surveys, and page visits, are consolidated under the activity tab.
- Future-Proof Design: Elements introduced in this overhaul will be leveraged across other CRM modules such as Opportunities and Appointments, ensuring consistency and making it easy to use.
- Quick Actions on Contact Tiles: Managing your contacts is even more efficient with our new long-press feature. Simply hold down on a contact tile to instantly access essential actions.
Want to make it even easier for people to take action with a purchasing decision? Easily add a "Buy Now" element to any email. The product name, description, and image will be pre-populated in the email and the button can direct to a streamlined check-out process.
Our latest JourneyCARE update introduces Bulk QR Code Creation, designed to save time for those of you who like to use QR codes in your marketing. Key features to note: CSV Upload: Just upload a CSV file containing name and URL values to instantly generate multiple codes. Sample CSV & Instructions: Download a pre-formatted CSV template and detailed setup instructions to guide you through the process. Folder Assignment: Organize your generated QR codes by assigning them to a folder during the bulk upload process. Real-Time Progress Tracker: Visual progress updates keep users informed on how many QR codes have been processed successfully. Confirmation Modal: See status of your processed codes once the upload is complete.
