IAQA launches on JourneyCARE platform

Congratulations to the Indoor Air Quality Association for their recent launch to the JourneyCARE platform.
The move features:
- a modern, mobile-friendly website that's easy to edit
- a brand new Find-a-Pro directory
- automated workflows for joining, renewing, and other key member care functions
- A new member community where members can stay up-to-date on the latest happenings and interact with each other
- automated membership certificates and cards
Our team is proud to welcome IAQA as a JourneyCARE client and we look forward to supporting their growth in 2025 and beyond!
Since rolling out the Community feature in JourneyCARE, we've discovered that organizations fall into two difference preferences. There are some that want every group member to have some sort of photo on their profile and there are others that do not care about such things and just want to get people into the group with as little friction as possible. So now we've made it possible for you to toggle the photo requirement on or off based on how you'd like it to work.
The next time you merge contacts, you'll want to be aware of a change in how workflows are handled. In this quick video, we explain the old action and what you can expect going forward.
