For those of you engaging in Google advertising, you'll be happy to know that Google Lead Form submissions are now tracked and attributed. Leads from Google Ads Lead Forms will now correctly appear under “Paid Search” instead of being mislabeled as “Paid Social,” and attribution data now includes full Campaign, Ad Group, and Ad details for clearer reporting. We’ve also introduced a new contact activity called “Google Lead Form Submission,” which logs the campaign source, as well as the specific ad and form that generated each lead. These updates ensure more accurate reporting, better visibility into ad performance, and improved workflow automation without requiring any additional setup.

We’re excited to introduce a new enhancement that gives you more control over how your video posts appear when shared through Social Planner. JourneyCARE now lets you choose a custom cover image for your videos when uploading posts in bulk, helping your content look more professional and eye-catching. This update makes it easier to keep your branding consistent, attract more viewer attention, and save time by setting everything up in one upload. Simply use the latest upload template and add the image you’d like displayed as your video preview.

You can now access the same dashboards and key metrics available on the web directly from your admin mobile app, giving you real-time visibility into important information such as sales, conversions, campaigns, and team activity. The new mobile experience allows you to quickly view trends, filter data, explore charts, and even receive easy-to-understand AI insights to help you make informed decisions on the go. Additionally, campaign tracking now has its own dedicated section in the app, making it even easier to monitor your marketing efforts in one place.
