Facebook Post Sync

You can now automatically sync existing Facebook posts directly into the JourneyCARE Social Planner. Once enabled, we’ll pull in posts from the last 30 days so that any posts that you’ve done outside of JourneyCARE will appear in our platform, alongside your scheduled and published posts.
We’ve also added a daily refresh for post insights, so analytics update every 24 hours and your reporting stays current. This allows you to view and analyze all of your Facebook content in one place.

JourneyCARE now supports TikTok Direct Messages in the Wait Until the Contact Replies workflow action, allowing your automations to pause until someone responds through TikTok before continuing. This makes it easier to build natural follow-up sequences, personalize customer interactions, and automate conversations without sending messages too quickly. Whether you're nurturing leads or responding to customer inquiries, this enhancement helps your TikTok messaging feel more timely and conversational.

JourneyCARE now lets you open the main navigation sidebar directly from the Workflow Builder, giving you quick access to other tools and pages without interrupting your work. Whether you're switching between workflows, contacts, or other areas of the platform, you can navigate with fewer clicks and return to your automation whenever you're ready. It's a small but helpful improvement that creates a smoother, more connected workflow-building experience.
