Enhanced execution logs for workflow actions
February 7, 2025
Previously for most workflow actions, we were showing executions in two steps: waiting and then executed.
This added more lines to the execution logs, which could sometimes feel a bit cluttered and customers sometimes found the two steps confusing.
What's new?
With this change, we are now showing only end statuses. i.e. executed. In case an action is still in progress we show waiting status until it completes.
Ultimately, this will help your organization have a cleaner view of execution logs.
List of supported actions
- Appointment Booking Bot
- Chat GPT action
- Conversation AI
- Custom Code
- Google Sheets
- IG Interactive Messenger
- Interactive Messenger
- Custom Webhook
- Slack
- Clear Custom Object Record Fields
- Update Custom Object Record
- All IVR Actions
- All Marketplace Actions
- All Internal Actions
Note
- This change is only for selective actions. The actions like wait step, manual actions will still show up as 2 different logs.

Clients often ask about ways to boost engagement inside their community groups and we always say that you need to show them what they are missing! Now there is a super easy and automated way to do that with Community Newsletters! The newsletter feature is a digest of your trending posts and hot topics, send out automatically to all group members on the frequency you choose. Members can control whether they receive the digest from their Notification settings. A group administrator does need to go into the Settings to turn this feature on and choose how often you'd like it to go out - Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly.
