JourneyCARE has improved the embed experience for Forms, Surveys, and Quizzes by adding a custom modal height option for Popup, Polite Slide-in, and Sticky Sidebar embeds. This helps you control how your forms appear across different layouts, so they feel more balanced and visually consistent wherever they’re placed. We’ve also improved reliability in the builder by disabling actions like Preview, Integrate, and Save until the form is fully loaded, preventing unresponsive clicks during setup. Your existing embeds will continue working as before unless you choose to apply a custom height.

JourneyCARE now supports TikTok Direct Messages in the Wait Until the Contact Replies workflow action, allowing your automations to pause until someone responds through TikTok before continuing. This makes it easier to build natural follow-up sequences, personalize customer interactions, and automate conversations without sending messages too quickly. Whether you're nurturing leads or responding to customer inquiries, this enhancement helps your TikTok messaging feel more timely and conversational.
Move around the platform more easily while building your automations. JourneyCARE now lets you open the main navigation sidebar directly from the Workflow Builder, giving you quick access to other tools and pages without interrupting your work. Whether you're switching between workflows, contacts, or other areas of the platform, you can navigate with fewer clicks and return to your automation whenever you're ready. It's a small but helpful improvement that creates a smoother, more connected workflow-building experience.
