E-Commerce Enhancements for Mobile

We’ve rolled out a series of user experience improvements designed specifically to enhance your members’ mobile shopping experience. From product discovery to post-purchase, everything’s been fine-tuned to be faster, cleaner, and easier to use.
Here’s what’s new:
- Product Ratings, Simplified: We’ve added a single star emoji with rating count at the bottom left of each product image—streamlined and easier to scan.
- Smarter Sort & Filter:
The filter experience has been completely redesigned with a more intuitive layout—and we’ve fixed the price filter overflow issue on smaller screens.
- Dropdown Display Fixes: Dropdowns in the “Create Review” section now behave as expected—no more overflow issues on mobile.
- Cart Drawer Upgrade: Better organization for subscription info and error messages makes the cart drawer more user-friendly.
- Redesigned Cart Page: We reorganized cart item details for a cleaner, more digestible look.
- Checkout Page Summary: A new accordion-style cart summary lets customers easily toggle cart details during checkout.
- Better Coupon Placement: The coupon field is now conveniently located near the subtotal and total, right where your customers expect it.
- Thank You Page Refinement: We’ve rearranged the layout to improve visibility and give your customers a more polished post-purchase experience.
These updates are all about removing friction and helping your shoppers glide from product discovery to checkout, especially on mobile.

This is one of those teeny tiny adjustments that might seem like no big deal, but if you've ever had a form where you couldn't get the spacing to look exactly like you want it to look, you'll appreciate this update. While you could previously do some extra custom styling with CSS code, you'll now notice that there's a super easy slider and margin parameters that can be set for the outside spacing on your Forms, Surveys, and Quizzes. There's good news today for those of you who use JourneyCARE's All-in-One Chat Widget on your website. We've added Facebook, Instagram, and Voice AI as options that you can choose as communication channels. The options are easy to add in the Chat Widget settings. Note that you do need to have a Facebook or Instagram account connected to JourneyCARE in order to see those as things that you can choose. For Voice AI to show up as an option, you need to have a Voice AI agent configured in your account.
