Copy Actions to a Different Workflow

We just rolled out an awesome update for the Workflow Builder.
Now, in addition to being able to Copy/Paste within the same workflow, you have the option to Copy/Paste into a completely different workflow!
For those of you who spend a lot of time building out automations, this small change could save HOURS of time because you no longer have to start scratch to add actions into a workflow that already exists.
Simply copy like you normally would and note that you can now navigate to any other workflow and paste.
Dashboards and Custom Reports now have a more unified look and feel, making it easier to move between reporting tools without adjusting to different layouts. You can turn on the refreshed experience from Settings → Labs by enabling "Dashboard and custom reporting – UI consistency update," after which it loads automatically when you open Dashboards or Custom Reports. Charts, widgets, filters, metric builders, report pages, and scheduling screens all follow the same visual design, with more consistent loading, error states, spacing, and controls. Your existing dashboards, reports, data, and custom metrics remain unchanged—the update focuses on creating a smoother, more consistent experience across reporting.
Creating ads across multiple platforms is more flexible with Custom Values built directly into eligible ad copy fields. You can add reusable details like your business name, location, phone number, offer name, or support email across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn campaigns. Before publishing, JourneyCARE resolves these values in the preview, flags missing or invalid entries, and lets you map any values that still need attention—making it easier to reuse templates, keep messaging consistent, and reduce repetitive copy updates.
