Managing contact tags is now more intentional and worry-free! We've updated Contacts to give you greater control when adding or removing tags. Instead of changes being applied instantly, you'll now review your selections before confirming them using the new Apply button, or discard them with Cancel if you change your mind. This extra confirmation step helps prevent accidental tag updates that could unintentionally trigger workflows, giving you more confidence when organizing your contacts. It's a small change that makes everyday contact management safer, more accurate, and easier to use.
Create more engaging TikTok conversations with automations that respond at the right time. JourneyCARE now supports TikTok Direct Messages in the Wait Until the Contact Replies workflow action, allowing your automations to pause until someone responds through TikTok before continuing. This makes it easier to build natural follow-up sequences, personalize customer interactions, and automate conversations without sending messages too quickly. Whether you're nurturing leads or responding to customer inquiries, this enhancement helps your TikTok messaging feel more timely and conversational.
