You now have more control over how Video Testimonials are handled from submission to publication. New workflow triggers can automatically notify your team, follow up with reviewers, or organize testimonials as soon as they're received, while new approval and visibility controls let you choose whether testimonials are published automatically or reviewed first. You can also manage individual testimonials directly from the Responses page, making it easier to keep your public testimonials organized and up to date.
You can now organize manual tax rates by geographic regions using Tax Zones, making it easier to manage different tax rules across the countries and states where you sell. Assign existing tax rates to specific zones and control which rates apply based on both the customer’s region and the products they purchase. Automatic Taxes continue to take priority when available, while your manual Tax Zones can serve as a fallback when automatic tax calculation is unavailable or turned off.
You can now keep community conversations cleaner with keyword and phrase-based moderation that automatically holds flagged posts and comments for admin review before they appear in the feed. Admins can quickly approve or remove content, review member reports separately, and receive notifications when something needs attention, while members can still see their own pending posts marked as “In review.” Community search has also been improved to better understand typos, synonyms, phrasing, and accented text, with results ranked by relevance.
