Automatic Company Matching

Company records can now stay more organized as Contacts are created or updated. Once you enable "Automatic Company Creation & Association by Domain" in Settings → Labs and configure your options under Settings → Objects → Companies → Automations, JourneyCARE can match Contacts to existing Companies by email domain, create a new Company when no match exists, and enrich new records with the Company Name and Logo while helping prevent duplicate domains. This reduces manual association work and gives you cleaner Company data for Smart Lists, workflows, and reporting.
You can now organize manual tax rates by geographic regions using Tax Zones, making it easier to manage different tax rules across the countries and states where you sell. Assign existing tax rates to specific zones and control which rates apply based on both the customer’s region and the products they purchase. Automatic Taxes continue to take priority when available, while your manual Tax Zones can serve as a fallback when automatic tax calculation is unavailable or turned off.
You can now keep community conversations cleaner with keyword and phrase-based moderation that automatically holds flagged posts and comments for admin review before they appear in the feed. Admins can quickly approve or remove content, review member reports separately, and receive notifications when something needs attention, while members can still see their own pending posts marked as “In review.” Community search has also been improved to better understand typos, synonyms, phrasing, and accented text, with results ranked by relevance.
