Automatically Invoice for Failed Subscription Payments

Our latest update to JourneyCARE's payment functionality provides you with additional flexibility on what happens when a member's automatically recurring payment fails.


Previously, you could establish a custom "retry" schedule and automatically lapse the member's status if the transactions don't work, but now you have an option of creating an invoice upon failure.


Set this up in your account by going to:

Payments > Settings > Subscriptions

It 's now even faster to create new contracts for speakers, exhibitors, sponsors and more with a brand new way to duplicate existing contracts. Simply click on "Clone" to generate an exact copy instantly. Proceed to edit the contract as needed.
