As you’re likely aware, we’ve had AI CARE Assistants available for a while, with interaction possible via Website chat or a Voice phone call. Now, we’ve added the ability for the AI Assistant to respond to emails. When an email comes in, Conversation AI can read the message, understand the context (including past conversations and contact details), and send a thoughtful response automatically—all while preserving proper email formatting like subject lines and threading. You can even control how those responses look, from simple plain text to fully designed templates.


Email is still one of the primary ways members and prospects reach out. This update helps you respond faster, stay consistent across channels, and reduce the manual back-and-forth without sacrificing a personalized experience.

Creating eye-catching Facebook posts just got easier! You can now create, schedule, and publish Facebook's native colorful text background posts directly from JourneyCARE. Simply select Facebook as your platform, choose a background from the new Text Background option, write your message, and publish or schedule it in just a few clicks. You'll even see a live preview that closely matches how your post will appear on Facebook, with automatic font adjustments for the best presentation. If you add an image or video, JourneyCARE will automatically disable the background option to ensure your post remains compatible. Whether you're sharing updates, promotions, or quick announcements, this new feature helps you create more engaging Facebook posts faster.

Do you have a hard time posting Pinterest content? You can now publish a single Pin to up to 25 Pinterest boards per account directly from JourneyCARE. Simply create your Pinterest post, select your Pinterest account, choose up to 25 boards, and publish or schedule your content in just a few clicks. JourneyCARE automatically publishes your Pin to each selected board while tracking every board independently, so if one board encounters an issue, the others will continue publishing as expected. This feature, whether you're promoting products, sharing inspiration, or growing your reach, is multi-board publishing. It helps you save time and share your content more efficiently.
