We’ve expanded the Media Library to make reviewing your files faster and easier. You can now preview a wider variety of file types including PDFs, Word documents, Excel and CSV files, audio files, text files, and supported 3D models directly in JourneyCARE without downloading them first. Just click Preview, and the correct viewer will open automatically, allowing you to quickly inspect your files and get back to work. It's a small quality-of-life improvement that streamlines your workflow and helps you find exactly what you need with fewer clicks.
Create more engaging TikTok conversations with automations that respond at the right time. JourneyCARE now supports TikTok Direct Messages in the Wait Until the Contact Replies workflow action, allowing your automations to pause until someone responds through TikTok before continuing. This makes it easier to build natural follow-up sequences, personalize customer interactions, and automate conversations without sending messages too quickly. Whether you're nurturing leads or responding to customer inquiries, this enhancement helps your TikTok messaging feel more timely and conversational.

JourneyCARE now lets you open the main navigation sidebar directly from the Workflow Builder, giving you quick access to other tools and pages without interrupting your work. Whether you're switching between workflows, contacts, or other areas of the platform, you can navigate with fewer clicks and return to your automation whenever you're ready.
