Social planner enhancements rolled out

We have several new enhancements that have rolled out for the Social Planner feature in JourneyCARE.


  • LinkedIn PDFs are no longer constrained to A4 size.
  • Warnings are now collapsed by default and expand when clicked.
  • For TikTok business accounts, user can now select any privacy level (previously restricted to public only)
  • For Personal TikTok accounts, users can use up to 2,200 characters as captions.
  • Updated instructions provide guidance for how to best use the Category Queue feature.
  • Moving forward, any items imported using a templated library will be marked with the source “Template” making t
  • The Content tab now displays icons, improving visual clarity and ease of navigation.

Clients often ask about ways to boost engagement inside their community groups and we always say that you need to show them what they are missing! Now there is a super easy and automated way to do that with Community Newsletters! The newsletter feature is a digest of your trending posts and hot topics, send out automatically to all group members on the frequency you choose. Members can control whether they receive the digest from their Notification settings. A group administrator does need to go into the Settings to turn this feature on and choose how often you'd like it to go out - Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly.

This means you can seamlessly pass information back and forth between these software platforms without using third party middleware like Zapier. We'd love to hear how you use this new capability.
