If you're not yet seeing the fresh new look of the Activity Stream in your Contacts, activate this enhancement in Labs.
The new design is a continuous feed with with distinct icons, date groupings, clickable cards, and backend optimizations ~delivering faster load times and a cleaner interface.
What’s New?
- New Event Icons: Each activity type (calls, emails, notes, etc.) has its own icon for instant recognition.
- Date Groupings: Activities are grouped under headings like “Today” and “Yesterday” for chronological clarity.
- Clickable Event Cards: Each card shows title, timestamp, campaign/source labels, and links.
- Database Optimizations: Under-the-hood improvements yield quicker loads, faster processing, and more reliable data.
- Responsive Design: Enhanced interaction and layout consistency on desktop and tablet screens.

Help your customers get to checkout with fewer clicks. JourneyCARE now lets shoppers add products directly to their cart from Product List pages and Featured Products, making it easier to purchase without opening every product page. Products with a single option can be added instantly, while products with multiple variants offer a simple selection window before being added to the cart. This creates a smoother shopping experience, helping customers browse, choose, and purchase products more efficiently.
Accidentally losing your edits while working on mobile is now much less of a concern. If you try to leave an invoice or estimate before saving your changes, JourneyCARE will prompt you to either save your work or discard your edits before exiting. This added safeguard helps prevent accidental data loss while giving you more confidence when updating payment documents on the go. If nothing has changed, you can still exit without interruption for a smooth editing experience.
