I’ve never used AI before. Is this going to be too technical for me?


Not at all. There are no technical skills required. If you can type a sentence and know what your members typically ask, you’re ready.


What if the AI gives a wrong or weird answer?


AI bots are trained only on the content you provide or approve like your website, program descriptions, or documents. That means they stay accurate and on-brand. We also include a built-in feedback loop so you can review and fine-tune as needed. You’re always in control.


Can the bot pretend to be a person? That makes me uncomfortable.


No - you can clearly identify your bot as an AI assistant. We recommend always being transparent about being bots. The goal is to support your team, not replace the human connection your organization is built on.


We don’t have a big staff. Will this really help us?

Why wouldn’t I just use ChatGPT instead of this?


While ChatGPT is a powerful tool, it’s not integrated with your JourneyCARE system which means it can’t update contact records, trigger workflows, fill out forms, or personalize responses based on your member data.
