Automatically Invoice for Failed Subscription Payments

Our latest update to JourneyCARE's payment functionality provides you with additional flexibility on what happens when a member's automatically recurring payment fails.


Previously, you could establish a custom "retry" schedule and automatically lapse the member's status if the transactions don't work, but now you have an option of creating an invoice upon failure.


Set this up in your account by going to:

Payments > Settings > Subscriptions

Staying in the area of workflows, math-based automations just got a big upgrade. You can now reuse calculation results directly in later steps of your workflows, without needing to store them in a custom field first. You can now pull files directly from Media Storage when building workflows, making it much easier to reuse the same assets across multiple automations. Instead of re-uploading files or pasting links over and over, you can simply select what you’ve already saved. Whether it’s a PDF, image, or other media, everything stays consistent and easy to manage. This change reduces repetitive work when you’re trying to stay consistent across your communications, especially when sharing resources, event materials, or member content through automated messages
